The SXT and GT trims, for example, are powered by a 303-horsepower 3.6L V6 engine that also delivers 268 pound-feet of torque. However, when you pop the hood of the R/T trim, you’ll uncover a 5.7L HEMI V8 with 370 horsepower and 395 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, stepping up to the Scat Pack trim gets you a HEMI V8 with a 6.4L displacement, laying down a satisfying 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. Topping off the lineup is a 6.2L Supercharged HEMI V8, ripping out an enthralling 797 horsepower in the Hellcat Redeye and 807 horsepower in the Jailbreak, both offering 707 lb-ft of torque. All 2023 Charger trim levels come standard with rear-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission, however, the SXT and GT trims are eligible for an all-wheel drive system.

Previously popular discontinued exterior color options, including B5 Blue, Sublime, Plum Crazy, and Destroyer Grey, have been reintroduced. First, the Super Bee nods at the model with the same name produced from the late 1960s into the 70s. Available in Plum Crazy and B5 Blue, the Super Bee is based on the Scat Pack trim and features a Black Mopar hood pin kit, black exhaust tips, an SRT performance hood, red Brembo brake calipers, adaptive damping suspension with a drag mode, and exclusive hood and fender graphics. Meanwhile, the Swinger pays homage to the 1970 Dodge Swinger with retro-styled graphics and a throwback Sublime Green paint job, while F8 Green is also available. The green color scheme is offset by Gold School gold accents on the badging and 20-by-11-inch alloy wheels. Other features include Basil green interior stitching, simulated wood aluminum bezels, Alcantara/Nappa leather seating, black Brembo brake calipers, and more.
