January 23rd, 2017 by

Expansion is the word to best describe what FCA US has planned for its Jeep® Product Lineup. According to media.fcanorthamerica.com, $1 Billion will be put to modernizing and expanding the production plants in Warren Michigan, and Toledo, Ohio, creating 2,000 American jobs. This expansion at the factories will make room for the production of the all-new Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, which will be manufactured in Warren, and an all-new Jeep Pickup Truck which will be manufactured in Toledo.

The need to meet US truck and SUV demand and the desire to solidify the US as the global manufacturing hub of Jeep’s flagship products is what is driving the growth which makes FCA’s committed US investment over $9.6 Billion since 2009. To understand the significance of this, you must understand the significance of a Jeep, so come down for a test drive and see for yourself.
