The Challenger SXT leads off the lineup with a 303-horsepower Pentastar V6 engine, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive is optional. Exterior features include power-adjustable side mirrors, passive entry, 18-inch alloy wheels, LED brake lights, dual round headlights with halo-style LED daytime running lights, automatic headlights, and more. Meanwhile, when you step inside the Challenger SXT, you’ll find a 7-inch touchscreen display atop the center stack that is shifted left to face the driver, creating Dodge’s signature driver-focused layout. Other interior features include dual-zone automatic climate control, six speakers, push-button start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.

The next trim level, GT, highlights the high-performance nature of the Challenger. Still powered by the V6 engine, the GT trim adds steering wheel paddle shifters for a more hands-on driving experience. Outside, the Challenger GT receives upgrades such as a functional hood scoop, remote engine start, an SRT front splitter, a rear lip spoiler, and 20-inch alloy wheels. Stepping inside, you’ll find a six-speaker premium audio system, a performance-inspired flat-bottom steering wheel, performance seat bolsters, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

In the Dodge Challenger lineup, R/T stands for Road and Track, announcing what this trim level is designed to take on. Powering the R/T trim is a 375-horsepower 5.7L HEMI V8 engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission, while the aforementioned eight-speed automatic with paddle shifters is an available option. However, the R/T trim and all that follow come exclusively with rear-wheel drive. The signature HEMI rumble is emitted through the R/T’s Active Exhaust system, which features an electronically controlled valve that opens to let out the distinctive HEMI roar. The R/T also features rear parking sensors, front fog lights, 20-inch alloy wheels, built-in navigation, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, Dodge Performance Pages, performance suspension, and more.

Powering the Challenger R/T Scat Pack is a 6.4L HEMI V8. The larger displacement of the Scat Pack’s engine affords it an exciting 475 horsepower. The Scat Pack trim is also equipped with performance-enhancing features like line lock, launch control, launch assist, and SRT Performance Pages. The R/T Scat Pack Brembo high-performance brakes rein in the power of the 392-cubic-inch engine with four-piston calipers. The R/T Scat Pack is also eligible for a widebody package. The R/T Scat Pack Widebody variants feature 20-by-11 underneath pronounced fender flares. The Widebody models also feature a widebody performance suspension system with adaptive damping for enhanced on-road handling.

Atop the Dodge Challenger lineup is where you’ll find the legendary Hellcat trim. Featuring a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8, the Hellcat achieves up to 797 horsepower and 707 lb-ft of torque. In addition to the supercharged engine, the Challenger Hellcat has performance-enhancing features like Bilstein adaptive damping suspension, air catcher valves integrated with the inner headlight rings, six-piston Brembo brakes, a dual-snorkel hood, SRT Performance Pages, SRT Drive Modes, and more. The SRT Performance Pages show readouts to inform you of 0-60 times, G-force readings, quarter-mile times, and more. Meanwhile, the SRT Drive Modes include Sport, Track, Drag, Custom, and Auto. To cool the engine down after a track run, the Hellcat uses a Race Cooldown feature to keep the radiator fans running after the engine has been shut down. Meanwhile, the supercharger’s temperature is regulated by the SRT Power Chiller, which diverts refrigerant from the A/C unit to the supercharger’s cooling unit.
